How to Keep Away the Enemy and Please God
Priceless teachings for believers from Fr. Carlos Martins
Fr. Carlos Martins, Catholic priest and seasoned international exorcist, starts his lecture about how to defeat Satan and how to please God with a shocker.
This is a principle that is so basic that if you don’t get it, you’re not gonna get anything. […]
When you were conceived inside your mother’s womb, when you began to exist inside your mother, to whom did you belong?
There were three people involved in your making: Your mother and your father each provided the biological components for you, for your existence. At the moment that those biological components were just right, God infused the soul.
Three involved at your making. To whom did you belong?
Most of the time, 60-65%, people say, “Well, my mother.” (makes gameshow “You Lose” sound)
“Well, my parents.” (makes gameshow “You Lose” sound)
Who’s left?
“God.” (makes gameshow “You Lose” sound)
…
You belonged to the devil.
When he solves the riddle, there’s shocked silence in the audience. Even though of course I’ve heard this before, I’ve never heard it so clearly spelled out, in such straightforward, almost brutal terms. It kinda knocks me off my seat.
It’s true: Before we are baptized, which makes us a vessel of the Holy Spirit and a child of God, we belong to the “ruler of the world.”
But the good Fr. Martins isn’t done shocking us yet…
And this is the legacy and the inheritance given to you by your first father, Adam. It’s because of the sin of Adam that this is the case.
And I say “the sin of Adam” because it was his sin. The covenant was made with Adam, not with Eve.
When Eve ate of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, what happened after that?
Nothing happened. Nothing.
Go read Genesis chapter 3. Nothing happened.
When Adam ate of the fruit, what happened?
All hell broke loose.
The covenant was made with Adam, not with Eve. That is why the Messiah had to be a male. He had to be a new Adam.
The whole video is just one eye-opener and show-stopper after another. You should watch it for yourself (link below).
And don’t let the scary clickbait title deter you—I learned so much from this lecture and Fr. Martin’s clear-as-a-bell didactics. It’s absolutely priceless.
Here are some highlights of the talk:
Why you should never talk to the unknown (as many curious people, like “ghost hunters,” do)
